Entry fees are non-refundable and team numbers are non-transferable. Sorry, no exceptions. You may not give or sell your number to another individual. The entry fee for this year's event will not transfer to next year's event. This policy stays in effect whether one of your runners is injured (please see Team Roster Changes Policy) or you have an unexpected business or family emergency. Any inquiry regarding this policy will be directed back to this page.

Weather Cancellation: Due to adverse or dangerous weather the event maybe cancelled. In the event of cancellation participants will be refunded 25% of their entry fee and have the opportunity to participant in the following years relay.

Due to the number of changes in the inaugural Market To Market Relay, your first initial roster will be due August 9th. At this time you will add your team members, estimated 10k time and shirt size.

Please do not do anything until you receive your Captain's Roster Email on August 3rd.

Captain’s Confirmation E-mail: On August 3rd, an e-mail will go out to all captains entered into the race. You will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying:

[1] The runners on your team

[2] Divisions

Captains will make appropriate changes to their team at this time.

After August 9th do NOT email me any changes until a second email is sent out October 2nd. At this time you will want to make any last minute changes, especially your 10k times, with accurate 10K times this will ensure the least congestion. Also, please add your two alternates at this time to replace anyone that gets injured or can’t run for some reason.

It is not permissible to sell or transfer your team entry to another team. Anyone caught posting their team entry fees for sale will be banned from future Market To Market Relays.

Because the number of runners that want to register may exceed the space available, we will not be able to accept everyone that wants to enter. When our participants registered meet our field limit, registration will close with no prior notice.

Market To Market Relay reserves the right to reject any entry and to disqualify and bar any individual or team from the race. This rejection/disqualification may be based on, but is not limited to, non-payment of race fees, competing with an unofficial number, competing with an official number assigned to another competitor without completing the proper forms, crossing the finish line without having completed the entire course, or providing false information on race entry forms. Market To Market Relay reserves the right to change the details of the race.
